October 29, 1987
Born in Bluefield, West Virginia on October 29, 1987.  Justin was the first child and grandchild born in his family.  He continued to be the only one until the birth of his little brother Dylan.  Justin was a true joy to have around.  He was caring and compassionate. Always willing to help others.   He was a member of the Mullens Church of God.  He loved the church youth group.  Justin loved to hunt, fish, and go 4-wheeling.  He never caused his family any trouble.  We are very proud of the man he became. 
November 26, 2007
Passed away on November 26, 2007 at the age of 20 years and 28 days.  This was a very sad day.
