I have always been proud of the young man you turned out to be. You set a wonderful example for Dylan and your peers. I think about you all the time. I look at your pictures at home and in my office constantly. I still can not believe you are gone. Jutter Janes, I will always love you.
I was just remembering the day that I met you. I had just started going out with Matt Shifflette and had Matthew Wrenn brought you over. You must have been about 16 or so. I just remember how polite you were and how you greeted me with a smile even though you had probably never even seen me before. You made me feel comfortable and welcome. I still look for you when I am driving into the bottom. You always waved or tipped you head up at me. Always smiling.
This was a fish you caught with a cast net in Florida in June 2006. You were showing it to Dylan and me. I will always remember this day.
Justin, I will never forget the last outing we had together up on the mountain. It was so cold, but we did not care. You took me and Dylan to your trap to see if you had caught anything. Nothing was in it. I managed to take a few pictures that day. I will treasure them forever. This is one of them.
